1. Return Policy Overview
At EUROPEA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU). This right of withdrawal applies to all consumers within the European Union.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Sale items and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions within 48 hours.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). In such cases, EUROPEA will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a full refund instead.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
8. Wholesale Returns
Wholesale orders are subject to separate return policies as outlined in the wholesale agreement. Please refer to your specific wholesale contract or contact our B2B team for details.
